We typically need access to a standard water spigot and electrical outlet during your appointment. As long as we have enough space to safely work around the vehicle, we’ll take care of the rest.
If you’re unsure about water or power availability at your location, just let us know, we can bring our own!

Most appointments take between 2–4.5 hours, depending on the service selected, vehicle size, and overall condition.

Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment to allow us to focus on delivering the best results.

We keep a close eye on the forecast. If heavy rain, snow, freezing temps, or other conditions would affect the quality of your service, we’ll reach out ahead of time to reschedule. Our goal is to make sure your detail is done right, not rushed or compromised by the weather.

No — as long as we have access to the vehicle, we can complete the service while you’re at work or home. We’ll confirm any access details before your appointment.

Many stains can be significantly improved or fully removed, but results depend on the type of stain, how long it’s been there, and the material. We always aim for the best possible outcome without damaging interior surfaces.

No. We use professional-grade products designed to clean effectively without leaving strong or unpleasant odors. Your vehicle will smell clean and fresh, not overpowering.

Pet hair embeds deeply into carpet and upholstery and often requires specialized tools and extra labor to remove properly. Vehicles with excessive pet hair take significantly longer to detail, which is why this service is priced separately.

Light pet hair is typically addressed during a standard interior detail. The pet hair removal add-on is only required for heavier buildup.

Absolutely. We work on heavily soiled interiors regularly, however cars that need additional effort & work may come with a higher price point.

For most drivers, an interior detail every 3–6 months helps keep the cabin clean, comfortable, and protected. Vehicles with kids or pets may benefit from more frequent service.
