We typically need access to a standard water spigot and electrical outlet during your appointment. As long as we have enough space to safely work around the vehicle, we’ll take care of the rest.
If you’re unsure about water or power availability at your location, just let us know, we can bring our own!
Our Interior details typically take us 2.5-3.5 hours for cars in average condition. Our Exterior details typically take us 45-90 minutes. Heavily soiled vehicles or services that include add-ons like shampooing, pet hair removal, or paint polishing may take additional time.
Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment to allow us to focus on delivering the best results.
We keep a close eye on the forecast. If heavy rain, snow, freezing temps, or other conditions would affect the quality of your service, we’ll reach out ahead of time to reschedule. Our goal is to make sure your detail is done right, not rushed or compromised by the weather.
No — as long as we have access to the vehicle, we can complete the service while you’re at work or home. We’ll confirm any access details before your appointment.
Yes. All services are by appointment only to ensure we have the proper time set aside for your vehicle.
If your vehicle requires additional time due to heavy soiling, pet hair, or stains, we’ll let you know before proceeding and discuss any recommended add-ons.
We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and checks. Payment is due after the service.
We understand things come up. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can keep our schedule flowing smoothly.
For most vehicles, we recommend a full detail every 3–6 months to keep the interior clean and the exterior protected. If you drive frequently, have kids or pets, or park outside year-round, more frequent detailing can help maintain your vehicle’s appearance and prevent long-term wear.
